IMA Declares state of Public health emergency in Delhi due to Poor to severe air pollution

New Delhi : The Indian Medical Association (IMA) has declared a state of public health emergency in Delhi and urged the Delhi government to cancel all outdoor sports, marathons and other outdoor activities in schools. In a letter to Deputy CM Manish Sisodia IMA said that children are “especially at risk” as air quality in the city ranged from ‘poor’ to ‘severe’.
