Bengaluru based firm – Flipkart has offered a revised sum of $ 900 – 950 million to acquire Snapdeal. The deal is still under discussion and yet to be finalized. Snapdeal’s board is very likely to accept the revised offer as reported. Snapdeal had earlier rejected the earlier deal which amounted up to $800-850 million. The final amount would be subject to minor adjustments for cash and equivalent assets.
