New Delhi: Gurgaon sessions court denied bail to the 16 year old boy accused of murdering seven year old boy, Pradyuman Thakur in Ryan International School last year. Speaking to the media, Ashwin Kumar, Lawyer of Pradyuman Thakur's father Varun Thakur said that the Bail plea of the accused was rejected today and the court has said that in-camera proceedings in closed door will be conducted from now on. Next date of hearing is at 22nd January.
According to the CBI, the murder weapon which was used by the accused is the same as that was recovered by the Gurugram police from the commode of the washroom where Pradyuman was killed. After killing the seven year old, the accused teen informed the PT teacher and gardener of Ryan International School that a student is bleeding inside the washroom.
