A pizza with 111 types of cheese has set the Guinness World Record for ‘Greatest Variety of cheese on a pizza’. Baked at a German restaurant, the pizza featured 288.6 grams of cheese in total but only 2.6 grams of each variety. A diary expert described the pizza as “crunchy and cheesy- each piece tastes different!.
The pizza is crafted by an American pizza chef at the Berlin restaurant Vadoli Pizzeria. The chef used 111 different types of cheese on the pizza, which he didn’t even expand to hold that vast collection of melted diary, but rather kept the size of a regular pie. Given the pizza’s small size, the chef carefully measured out the same amount of each cheese to include on the pizza-exactly 2.6 grams. According to the Guinness World Records, he included “mozzarella,Emmental,Leicestershire red, Comte and Raclette de Chevre,” among other varieties, on the pizza.
