Honey sold by several major brands in India was found adulterated with sugar syrup, research and advocacy organisation Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) said on Wednesday. They found 77% of the samples adulterated with sugar syrup. "Honey samples from brands like Dabur, Patanjali, Baidyanath, Zandu, Hitkary and Apis Himalaya, failed the NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) test," CSE said.
