US orders to leave diplomats as coup encourages in ethinic tension mounts

The United States in it's statement put on has ordered non-essential diplomats to departure from Myanmar, amidst of the growing violence followed by the military coup to oust civilian leader Aung San Suu kyi. Daily protests happened in Myanmar demanded the electoral government have been met with military crack down which led more than 520 civilian dead in the February coup.

The junta's violent response has triggered international condemnation and have been threatened retaliation from some of Myanmar ' myriad ethinic and armed groups.

The US department in it's statement said the departure of Non emergency US government officials and family members.

The decision had taken in order to protect the safety and security of US staffs and their family members State department said.
