Traffic Regulations in Thiruvananthapuram

Thiruvananthapuram: The capital city of the state will have traffic restrictions setup from Sunday to Thursday, following the visit of Sharjah Sultan and Supreme Council member, UAE, Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi.

On Monday the restrictions will begin at 9 am and will end at 1 pm. The affected areas will be Kovalam, Vellar, Vazhamuttom, Thiruvallam, Kumarichantha, Kallummoodu, Enchakkal, Chackai, Pettah, Pattoor, General hospital, Asan Square, Martyr’s column, RR lamp, corporation point, Nanthencode, Devaswom Board, TTC, Museum, Vellayambalam, Raj Bhavan and Kowdiar.

On Tuesday, there will be restrictions from 2 to 6 pm. The affected areas will be Kovalam, Vellar, Vazhamuttom, Thiruvallam, Kumarichantha, Kallummoodu, Enchakkal, Chackai, Pettah, Pattoor, General hospital, Asan square, Martyr’s Column, R R Lamp, Corporation point, Museum, Vellayambalam, Keltron, Manaveeyam road, Althara, Vazhuthacaud, Xanadu and Thycaud.

On Wednesday and Thursday, traffic will be restricted from Kovalam, Vellar, Vazhamuttom, Thiruvallam, Kumarichantha, Kallumoodu, Enchakkal, Chackai, All Saints and Shanghumugham in the morning and evening.
