Dubai: Actor and MP Suresh Gopi shared his confidence over his new movie 'Kaaval' that it will help the theatres to overcome the crisis caused by the pandemic. He also said that the movie will be a hope for the helpless women in society.
He also said that he knows about a society that needs security. In the recent incidents of Anupama, Uthara, Priyanka, Sathya and so on, a security factor is missing in all these cases. In the movie, Thampaan plays such a role.
'There was a genre in Malayalam movies that was thrilling and entertaining once but it had been missing from the industry for the last few years. Now it is going to come back with 'Kaaval'. Movies like Aaram Thampuran, Pathram, Narasimham and so on should return to Malayalam films,' he said. 'Even though I have not acted with Renji Panicker, I love watching his movies. He has done brilliantly in 'Kaaval' as well. It will be a different character and experience from Ranji's side,' he added.
